This inspection meets the requirements for Baltimore County Rental Registration. It does not include a lead paint inspection.
To ensure a smooth rental inspection, please review the Baltimore County rental license inspection sheet (PDF link) to make sure your property meets the requirements. Each inspection should take about an thirty minutes and, if everything is in order, you will receive your signed inspection form and photographs immediately. If there are items to be corrected, there will be an additional fee for re-inspection. All forms and photographs will be delivered via email.
